Is this the former Preferred Customer Card Program?
Yes. We’ve recently refreshed the program, complete with a brand new name. We are constantly evolving to exceed our client’s expectations, and have adjusted the program to continue doing so.
Do I still need to keep my Preferred Customer Card?
You may keep the card as a reminder of your account number; however, you don’t need the actual card to be a part of the program. We can look up your account by your number or last name. We also encourage you to save your account number in the contact section of your phone, along with our main phone number: 800.457.4901.
Why do you need my email address?
It’s very important to provide us with your email address to make sure you receive updates and exclusive offers about the program. This will be our main way of communicating with you.
How can I use my upgrade when ordering online?
When ordering online, your available upgrade will be applied after you place the order. This will be reflected in your email receipt.
