It's Easy: The program is based on points and upgrades.
- With each purchase over $65, you acquire one point. Some restrictions apply. Points are not earned on discounted accounts, hotel or corporate accounts, family funerals, weeklies, garden design, events, or Design of the Month. Only one transaction per customer per order/visit.
- Four points equal one upgrade, which can be redeemed at the time of your fourth purchase or on a future order.
- Redeeming your upgrade means we will increase your floral arrangement to a larger size—making an even better impression on your recipient! Some restrictions apply. Upgrades can only be used for our Floral Gift Collection and Rose Dozens in our local delivery areas, and may not be redeemed for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Clients may redeem one upgrade per order.
You must be enrolled in our promotional email program to be a member of our Client Rewards Program. This means you’ll receive reminders of recurring special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and upcoming holidays—and you’ll be eligible for benefits and exclusive offers reserved for our most valued clients.

Is this the former Preferred Customer Card Program?
Yes. We’ve recently refreshed the program, complete with a brand new name. We are constantly evolving to exceed our client’s expectations, and have adjusted the program to continue doing so.
Do I still need to keep my Preferred Customer Card?
No. You don’t need the actual card to be part of the program. However, we encourage you to save your account number in your phone contacts, along with our main phone number: 800.457.4901. Don’t worry if you don’t have your account number when you call—we can always look up your account by your last name or phone number!
Why do you need my email address?
It’s very important to provide us with your email address to make sure you receive updates and exclusive offers about the program. This will be our main way of communicating with you. You may not be a part of the program without subscribing to our emails.
How can I use my upgrade when ordering online?
When ordering online, your available upgrade will be automatically applied after you place the order. This will be reflected in your email receipt.
